Laura - You did a fantastic job handling not only the desserts but the dessert table(s) for our wedding! The desserts were as delicious as they were beautiful. Your pecan bar is the best we've ever had and the cheesecake is second to none! We had a cheesecake tasting at a well known local cheesecake bakery before our wedding but after tasting yours, the choice was clear!
Laura, of Cookies From Scratch, took all the worry and guesswork out of dessert for our wedding. She even did a personalized tasting for us. After selecting what we wanted, we gave her a number of people and the telephone number for the manager of the hall and she took care of the rest. It was an amazing feeling arriving to the church and finding a beautiful tray of cookies there just for the girls! Then to get to the venue that day and see the amazing and heartfelt dessert tables that she had created for us. It was a wonderful, stress free and delicious experience! The only suggestion in working with Cookies From Scratch? Order more cheesecake! There will not be enough because it is so delicious! Sandi and Jimmy Zamzow

Laura, the cookie bar turned out to be AMAZING. The wedding went great! All the cookies turned out perfect and pretty, better than I thought they could Have! They were SO delcious. The cookies went so fast they were pretty much gone the hour or less after dinner! Kevin and I had to skip line to take some before they were gone!! "Dear Laura, I had to write to let you know how pleased I am that I ordered cookies for the COOKIE TABLE from you for my daughter's wedding this. They were delicious!! So many compliments. I love the size, also. Not to large so one could sample more flavors. I love how they were packaged from shipping. I refrigerated them as directed and they were perfectly fresh for the day we needed them. The smaller packages inside each box made it easy for guests to take some cookies home with them. Even the paper on the tray boxs was perfect. It went so well with my daughter's burlap and lace decorations. And the pretty bows! Not only were the cookies delicious but they looked so nice also. Thanks for the lavender touches. I told all where I got the cookies. again, it was a pleasure to do business with you. You were very helpful when we spoke with you, and delivered as promised.
