- Orders are not packaged until the day they ship out, therefore you are receiving only the freshest products possible.

SHIPPING:
In the Continental United States, all items are shipped via USPS (United States Post Office). Our Cookie Bakery is located in the Midwest. So time in transit from the South East area in Wisconsin to the 48 contiguous United States PRIORITY MAIL is typically no more than 2 to 10 working days after the order has been baked and shipped from our bakery.
- We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, stolen or returned to sender order shipments.
EXPRESS USPS SHIPPING:
When placing your order you may select an express service, 1 - 2 days. (EXPRESS USPS SHIPPING INCLUDES AND REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIVING) A Many times orders placed before 8 am Central Standard Time on a business day express shipment will occur the same day. If you are under a deadline please contact us at 1-414-355-9501 to verify production time.
TURNAROUND TIME:
We ship 80% of orders within 24 - 48 business hours. If an item is out of stock and will not be available within 3 days, we notify you of the delay via email or phone. Custom orders could delay shipment within the above time frame. PLEASE NOTE: Christmas time is very busy. It's recommended to order early. Christmas orders sometimes can experience delays. If you are under a deadline please contact us at 1-414-355-9501 to verify production time.
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRIES FROM UNITED STATES:
Items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other Countries will cost more and customers will be notified of additional shipping charges via email or phone before the order is processed. Only upon customer's approval of the shipping charges, will the order proceed.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
After placing an order, all cancellations must be approved by Cookies From Scratch.com. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders already shipped or in production may not be eligible for cancellation.
BACK ORDERS:
Occasionally we will experience a delay in shipping a particular item. You will be given notification within 3 days of the backorder and of when you can expect the back ordered items to be shipped.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All orders shipped in WI will subject to applicable sales tax. Orders not shipped to Wisconsin may or may not be subject to sales tax depending on current laws.
